There is no parking in your crappy “downtown.” 2 hr parking does not apply to people living in the plethora of chitty and dirty downtown lofts – THEY can park for 48+ hours, or however long they want!
Lord have mercy you are industrious or doing business downtown, and park for 130 minutes, because YOU WILL get a ticket.
